a flower story

on a beautiful day in the early spring, we celebrated the opening of our studio. with a small group of dear friends, we co-hosted a flower dyeing workshop together with boro atelier.

to upcycle as much as possible, we used materials such as our classic percale sheets.

everything was exactly right. being together with these lovely people, the magnificent results, and heartwarming reactions.

a gift to all of us. that's when we knew we were on the right track and a new product was born. le fête des fleurs, a flower story that transformed into a beautiful garland.

how our paths crossed with boro atelier

a few years ago, we were looking for a partner that could help us with dyeing our towels with natural pigments. that's when we first met boro atelier. although, dyeing those towels turned out to be a bit harder than we both thought it would be, the seeds for further collaboration were planted.

our second encounter was when we needed assistance for production. we started with a small pilot and we've been working together ever since.

our relationship grew and new ideas came to life. but true magic happened during a "atelier for a day" session in November. Sacha and I were invited at boro for a dying workshop with flowers. the workshop felt almost sacred. we were so inspired and had tons of ideas. it took some time to process and mature.

we're super proud of this beautiful partnership and can't wait to see what the future holds for us. thank you boro, and thank you Lotje, Faris, Jitske and the rest of this wonderful team.
