what does our gifting service entail?
we have carefully curated three personalisable gift boxes that are designed to create a memorable gift experience for our business clients.
our gifting service requires a minimum order of 10 gift boxes in total. this ensures that we can deliver a seamless and exceptional experience for both you and the recipients of your thoughtful gifts. mix and match to curate a unique selection that perfectly represents your intentions.
each gift box is wrapped with meticulous attention to detail and includes a handwritten card, adding a personal touch to your gift.
by placing a pre-order of 10 gift boxes, you can subsequently have personalised boxes sent out on an individual basis. this allows you the flexibility to send a gift box for each occasion as soon as the personalisation details are available.

how does our business gifting service work?
step 1 - signing up for our gifting service & confirming your pre-order
- complete the sign up form and choose the gift boxes of your liking.
- remember: a minimum order quantity of 10 gift boxes is needed to make use of our gifting service
- we’ll send you a confirmation of your pre-order, go through any additional customisation options if you prefer and
- once confirmed, we’ll send an invoice that matches [preferences, e.g. project codes company billing address etc.]
step 2 - sending your personalised gift boxes
- once you’re ready to send out the gift boxes (e.g. when one of your colleagues has had a baby), the only thing you’ll need to do is to send the following to business@atelierannur.com
- the name and address of the recipient
- the personalisation details - name and colour of the embroidery
- a personal note for the handwritten card
- if applicable - the type of gift box you would like to send
- we’ll confirm the order by mail and make sure to send the box at the time of you liking (asap or on a desired date) normally it takes 1-2 weeks to get a personalised gift box ready for shipping.
- once the order is shipped you'll receive a track and trace link via email.
