We reserve the right to amend these Terms from time to time. The most recent version of these Terms will always apply.
Article 1 - Products
We offer interior and care products. Availability may vary, and all products are subject to change or discontinuation without prior notice.
We strive to display products as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that colours and materials will appear identically on all screens or devices.
Article 2 - Registration
To order products from our website, you are required to provide accurate and up-to-date personal information. Additionally, you have the option to register for an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your information, including your password. Use a strong password and do not share your login credentials with others. Any misuse of your account caused by loss or disclosure of this information is your sole responsibility.
We take your privacy seriously. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details on how your data is collected and processed.
Article 3 - Payments
The total price of our products, including applicable VAT, is displayed in our webshop. Accepted payment methods may include amongst others: iDEAL, credit card, Paypal, Sofort Banking. You agree to pay instantly unless otherwise stated.
Shipping costs, where applicable, will be borne by you and shown prior to checkout.
Late payments may result in cancellation of your order or additional charges as allowed under Dutch law.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including but not limited to suspected resale or fraudulent activity. If applicable, we will notify you using the contact information provided.
Article 4 - Delivery
Most of our products are kept in stock and shipped as soon as possible, typically within 1–2 weeks. Some products may be personalised or produced to order, in which case production and handling may take between 2–6 weeks. In certain cases, pre-orders are also possible and will be shipped once available.
We aim to dispatch all orders within a reasonable timeframe. However, dispatch times are estimates and may vary based on product type and order volume. Please note that delivery times are outside our direct control and depend on third-party couriers.
Products will be shipped to the address you provide during checkout. Once your order has been dispatched, we are unable to amend the delivery address. Our fulfilment partner, Sendcloud, handles distribution. A track & trace code will be provided upon dispatch.
If we foresee significant delays in dispatch, we will inform you as soon as possible and offer the option to cancel your order and receive a refund.
International Deliveries
We ship from the Netherlands. Please be aware that orders placed for delivery outside the European Union may be subject to additional government duties and fees imposed by the customs authorities of the country of destination. These fees must be paid by the recipient.
We cannot estimate or control the amount imposed upon delivery, as customs regulations vary from country to country.
If you refuse delivery of your order due to a customs charge, your package will be considered abandoned and disposed of by the shipping carrier. In this case, your order will not be eligible for a refund.
Article 5 - Returns and Right of Withdrawal
ou may return a product within 14 days of receipt (the “Withdrawal Period”). To initiate a return, please complete our return form or contact returns@atelierannur.com, including your reason for the return.
You must send the product back promptly, and in any event no later than 14 days after notifying us of your wish to return. We will refund the purchase price and, where applicable, the standard outbound shipping costs within 14 days of receiving the returned product or proof of return.
Return shipping costs are your responsibility. During the Withdrawal Period, you must handle the product and packaging with due care. Only unwashed, unworn, and undamaged items with all original tags and receipts are eligible for return.
Custom-made or personalised items are generally non-returnable unless faulty.
Article 6 - Liability
We are not liable for damages arising from misuse of the product. We accept liability only in cases of wilful misconduct or gross negligence on our part. Our liability shall never exceed the purchase price of the product concerned.
All products are provided “as is” and “as available,” unless otherwise required by law. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose beyond statutory guarantees.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit your statutory consumer rights.
Article 7 - Intellectual property
All intellectual property rights related to our content – including texts, images, videos, product designs, custom typefaces (including any custom fonts used for personalisation), trademarks and logos – are owned by atelier an.nur B.V. or used with permission. No part of this website or its contents may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or publicly used without our prior written consent.
Users may not claim any rights to the information provided on this website.
Article 8 - Complaints
If you have a complaint, please notify us as soon as possible via care@atelierannur.com, including a detailed description. We aim to respond within seven working days. If more time is needed, we will confirm receipt within two working days and inform you of the estimated timeframe.
If we cannot resolve the matter, you may submit your complaint via the European Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/
Article 9 - Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays or failure to perform our obligations due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, or government restrictions.
Article 10 - Age Limitation
Our website is intended for users aged 18 and above. By using this site, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
Article 11 - Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to our services if we believe you have violated these terms. You remain liable for any outstanding obligations up to the termination date.
Article 12 - Disputes
These Terms are governed by Dutch law. Subject to mandatory legal provisions to the contrary, any disputes arising from these Terms shall be submitted to the competent court in the district of Rotterdam.
